However, the residents went without water for days at a time. That happened several different times during my mother's stay. We were there several times and asked them what the bill would be. We gave them my mother's insurance information and they assured us that there would be no extra cost because Medicare would cover the majority of it. Now we are getting bills from them saying my mother owes them thousands of dollars. However, my mother felt that she was not getting the medical attention she needed.

Now we did panic when we saw some bad reviews on the web than we were comfortable with, but because it was the only facility that had an opening at the time, we had to go with it. We talked to a pastor who had visited patience there through the years and a women in the therapy industry. The pastor said that it was not much to look at but good staff and good care. The gal in the therapy industry said they had good rehab. My Dad has really enjoyed the staff and every exposure I have had with them has been excellent. My Dad said that he is tired when the therapist leaves and she is very encouraging.
As we are now in the midst of finding an assisted living facility, they again have been great with supplying information and very good contacts at each facility.
